Bless the May 11 Mother's Day with " Holy " Japanese calligraphy



The name of this hydrangea is "kaleidoscope" first shipped two years ago.
Highest award of the "2012-2013 Japan Flower Selection" was given to this flower varieties.

Delicate form. And, pale color.  Sublime breed improvement.

   " 聖 " (shō, or sei). It is translated as holy, sacred, consecration, sage, saint, saintly, etc.
   This character is written by Kanzi, Regular script.

   Etymology : Phono-semantic compound
    耳 (ear) + 呈 (appear)


This character reminds the saints.
It has a noble impression.

May be because feel through the five senses.
