The paradise in the pure white
The file marches in the snow-covered road.
To the inside of a deep mountain.
more deeper...
There is a hot spring. "ONSEN"
Only it.
Of the outdoors.
The simple mountain hut stands still in tranquility.
I accept mere it.
Yes, I don't mind. it's enough to enjoy short life.
Silver Wonderland.
Here is Semboku, Akita Prefecture.

ReplyDeleteHi Ruma, very nice vinter moments.. where i live never snows...
ReplyDeleteWow!
ReplyDeleteVery nice!
One of my dreams is to be able to photograph a place as this, where the white cold is mixed by the soft heat of the beams of the Sun and offers landscapes of admired beauty...
ReplyDeleteWith regard to the thermal waters, my city, Ourense, is related by a Japanese city, I do not know which...
Here there exists a great culture and thermal tradition inherited across the centuries for the step of the Roman people. We possess abundant thermal springs in the whole province.
Also I possess family in your magnificent, distant and beautiful land...
A cordial greeting and graces for these beautiful images!!!
This is really almost like paradise!

A very dramatic picture, Ruma-san, with all that white snow against the blue sky. I was excited to see Akita since I spent three lovely days there and only one of them was really a work day where I lectured at the university. My two forensic nursing colleagues took my friend and me to Lake Tazawa and to see the samurai houses at Kakunodate and, of course, we drank the most wonderful sake and saw beautiful rice fields. It was good to spend time there away from all the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. I would have loved to enjoy hot springs, which we did not get to do!
