The view from the shade of trees
Even if it is September, the intense heat of this year still continues.
Another world seems to spread out outside this Torii.
The quiet Shinto shrine where nobody is.
There was the object of worship on steep stairs.
The cedar are set in the backside of the shrine.
Sunshine filtering through foliage of the morning poured into there.
The sculpture is called a pair of stone guardian dogs "Komainu".
There is it in the Shinto shrine by all means.
There is not the signs of life at all.
But, the colors seem to tell it about the autumn sign.
I got in the strong sunlight after having prayed for world peace.
Only Komainu continues watching the outside...
This MARUKUMA Shinto shrine was founded in 1030.
Here is Ōchi-chō, Saga Prefecture.
